We had a great experience with this host and vehicle! The pickup location was very convenient, and the host communicated clearly about where the vehicle would be located and how to access the keys. The vehicle was clean and tidy overall, although there was quite a bit of dog/pet hair throughout the interior, which can be difficult to completely clean up. The vehicle was roomy enough for our family of five to comfortably take on vacation, and we had it for about 10 days without any mechanical issues whatsoever. When we returned to town, there was an event that caused several streets to be blocked off. I was able to communicate with the host, and they were very accommodating and allowed us to drop the vehicle off an hour earlier. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely book with this host and vehicle again in the future!

Great experience renting from Jean. The Honda CR-V was clean, comfortable, and drove really well. Pickup and drop off were easy, and Jean was friendly and quick to communicate whenever I needed anything. Everything went smoothly, and I’d definitely rent from him again.

We were so happy to get a car at the Harrisburg airport from Turo, because all rent a car companies had no cars available. The Traverse was great. We were lucky that our host was able to deliver the auto to the airport and we were able to call him to come get it when we got back there. He was very nice.
Great everything. We returned it late and had to pay an extra fee but that was completely our fault.
