Thank you for your feedback, Zelia. I want to clarify that this is not a hole through the vehicle floor. It is wear and tear to a section of the interior carpet only. A hole through the floor would indeed be dangerous, but that is not the case here. The vehicle remains safe to operate, and I appreciate you bringing your concern to my attention.
