Chad was amazing! He was incredibly accommodating throughout the rental process. I arrived feeling anxious after a long day of travel, but he made it easy for me. He even met me at baggage claim to pick up the car, which meant a lot since I had been traveling all day. His kindness and willingness to meet my needs made the experience so much smoother and less stressful. I truly appreciate the time and effort he dedicated to making this rental seamless. I highly recommend renting from Chad! This level of service isn’t always the case with Turo, but Chad really went out of his way, and I appreciate that.
Car pick up and drop off was super easy! The car was clean, and we have no issues! Rich was also incredibly helpful and accommodating. I had an issue with the reservation and needed to re-book the rental, and Rich went out of his way to adjust the settings so I could book it same day. He was incredibly understanding, responsive and super helpful. Would definitely book again!
Car quality, communication and pickup location everything was spot on for this Turo rental. Doug and Angie are excellent hosts. They provided me timely updates from the moment I booked the rental. This was my first time booking through Turo, I am used to booking through traditional rental companies such as Enterprise, Alamo etc. Doug and Angie made sure everything was communicated well in advance and in great details so there’s no last minute surprises. Exact pickup location and detailed step by step guidance was provided to ensure smooth pickup. The car was in good condition and overall the experience was great. I will definitely book with them when I return to Anchorage/Alaska!

This was the best rental decision I could have ever made! Not only for the excellent price but for the vehicle. It was the perfect size, great gas mileage and the customer care her and her husband made to ensure our vacation was perfect! I can only say that there is no way you would receive the courtesy we received by Hannah and her husband by any rental service. I’m so pleased I canceled with a chain rental and chose them. Andre's Subaru outback was a perfect car for our family of three on a road trip. The car is well maintained and runs like a new one. Enough space in the rear for two suitcases and a mobility scooter. The highlight though was Andre .. delivered the car on a Sunday morning at 8 and return was even easier.. just leave the keys inside and give a call. Even with the time zone differences he always responded to messages. No wonder he is highly rated on Turo. Now I know whom to reach out for Alaska rentals.
Great car for a 7 day girls’ trip of 4 - plenty of room for large luggage, amazing gas mileage, extremely comfortable, and so affordable for a week long trip. Would absolutely rent again if in the area!! Host was easy to communicate with and flexible with drop off time.

Cheng is absolutely a five-star Superhost. This was my very first booking with Turo, and although I understood the overall concept, I was naturally a little apprehensive about the unknowns. I was traveling with my spouse and our four-year-old in an unfamiliar city, and the thought of a last-minute issue leaving us without a car was definitely on my mind. I have always rented from the major rental car companies, so trying Turo for the first time felt like a bit of a leap. Cheng completely changed that perception. From the very beginning, he guided me through the entire process, explained what I needed to do before pickup, and made everything incredibly straightforward. The pickup was seamless, the car was clean and reliable, and the return process was just as easy. More importantly, Cheng was responsive and helpful throughout the entire rental. He went above and beyond by offering thoughtful extras such as car seats, a cooler, water, and other useful amenities for our trip. Because of how smooth this experience was, my confidence in using Turo has increased substantially, and I will absolutely consider Turo for future rentals. A large part of that is because of the experience Cheng provided. Five-star customer service from start to finish. If you are looking for someone dependable, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful, with a clean and reliable vehicle, I couldn’t recommend Cheng highly enough.
