Yvegeny was very accommodating and communicative. My family and I arrived earlier than the pick up time and Yvegeny helped me navigate the Turo app in order to change the pick up and drop off times. He also checked on us during our trip. His Mazda was spacious and has efficient. We would rent from him again.

the Jeep Compass was a good midsize SUV to rent. Jack was a good host. He accommodated my travel by dropping off his car at the Anchorage airport instead of picking it up at his address.

My original reservation for a car fell thru at the very last minute and Dakota was amazing at picking up my request immediately and was able to accommodate my request. The Kia we rented exceeded my expectations. It was clean, comfortable, dependable, and much nicer than I anticipated. Throughout our trip to Alaska, it performed really well (brand new tires and all), and I never had a single concern about its reliability. Also, I opted to rent an air mattress from her as an additional item for my trip and I am so thankful I did [as I didn’t have to sleep on the rocky ground my last night of the trip while tent camping]. This was the best rental decision I could have ever made! Not only for the excellent price but for the vehicle. It was the perfect size, great gas mileage and the customer care her and her husband made to ensure our vacation was perfect! I can only say that there is no way you would receive the courtesy we received by Hannah and her husband by any rental service. I’m so pleased I canceled with a chain rental and chose them. The host was very nice and the car was clean and in great condition when it was given to us. Pickup instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the process smooth. The best part of the experience was the host’s honesty. I reported some damage thinking it may have happened during my trip, but she honestly acknowledged that it was already there. I really appreciated that level of integrity. She was also very helpful throughout the trip, with a friendly tone and clear guidance whenever I needed help, including with CarPlay setup and other instructions. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely rent again.
After getting scammed by my previous Turo reservation I was eternally thankful that Noah had this vehicle available about 12 hours prior to me flying out. Great communication, clear directions. Helpful with drive time as well. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. Even had a charging cord in the console which is always a bonus. The only little hiccup was the vehicle was not equipped with Bluetooth. But adapt and overcome! Thank you again Noah!
