Regina is a great host. Easy pickup and drop off. She was flexible on a pickup location and even left a “welcome package” including maps we needed for the area. We would gladly rent from her again.

Car came with a cracked windshield and host is trying to pass blame onto the renter. We have time stamped photos of the damage showing the crack prior to using vehicle. We are submitting claim to Turo but DO NOT rent a vehicle from this host. She will try to get a free windshield out of the deal. Have a feeling she has done this before. BEWARE!!
Lisa, unfortunately you are the one being dishonest. Your time stamped photo shows a picture taken at 1230pm on Tuesday ( 3/3/2026) which is interesting because video surveillance shows you&your friend not even arriving to pick up my vehicle until 1243. This can also be proven through our chat on Turo. I inquired about when you would be here to pick up (you were over 30 min late) then I watched you get into the vehicle, after taking ZERO photos&driving off w/ an unauthorized driver at the wheel.
