This was my first Turo rental. I made the rental reservation months in advance. Allan was quick to communicate and the app made the process very easy. The vehicle we picked was perfect. Allan the host, picked us up at our first lodging. He explained the pickup and drop-off procedure clearly. At the end of our trip, he also dropped us at our final lodging location. Overall, I highly recommend. He went above and beyond.

The entire rental process was incredibly smooth from beginning to end. The host was exceptionally accommodating with my schedule and requests, including dropping the car off right at my hotel. When my plans changed, they were even willing to pick it up from my Airbnb instead of our originally agreed-upon location. The car itself was fantastic and way better than I could have imagined. Car quality, communication and pickup location everything was spot on for this Turo rental. Doug and Angie are excellent hosts. They provided me timely updates from the moment I booked the rental. This was my first time booking through Turo, I am used to booking through traditional rental companies such as Enterprise, Alamo etc. Doug and Angie made sure everything was communicated well in advance and in great details so there’s no last minute surprises. When we picked up our car, we noticed it was low on oil and potentially had an oil leak. Roman was quick to reply, show up, and help us out. He went out of his way to make sure we were confident with his vehicle and safe on the road. While some of his business associates were not as professional, Roman was patient, kind, and helpful.
