Car was good. Frustrating that one day we couldn’t get it to start. I know Subarus can be quirky as I own one.

We appreciate the feedback. Our vehicle was functioning perfectly—the issue was resolved once the start button was pressed correctly. We assisted on-site and it started immediately. We also explicitly warned you about unauthorized drivers, and despite that warning, you did not add her to the app, yet she continued to drive the vehicle, which violates Turo rental policy.
