Jimmy made the entire process—from reservation to drop-off—simple, smooth, and incredibly convenient! We rented his 2023 Suburban, and it was perfect for our trip. The price was ideal, especially compared with airport rental prices, and there was no waiting in line or dealing with a rental counter. The Suburban was already at the airport and ready to go, with clear and easy instructions for pickup. It was clean, full of gas, and had all the space we needed. We didn’t need the vehicle for our entire trip, and Jimmy made the return just as easy by meeting us at our hotel to pick it up. Excellent communication, great vehicle, and outstanding service. We couldn’t have asked for a better Turo experience and would absolutely rent from Jimmy again!
Felix was a great host! I had to rebook my Turo at the very last minute after a previous reservation with another host fell through, so I was especially grateful to have someone as responsive and dependable as Felix. From the moment booked, Felix was immediately communicative and kept me updated as he made his way to meet us. He arrived right on time, was flexible with the drop-off timing, and personally handed me the keys, making the process easy & seamless. The car itself was very clean, in great condition, and ran perfectly. It was exactly what we needed for our little family trip over Labor Day weekend. Felix was personable, friendly, reliable, and communicative throughout the entire experience. I'd absolutely rent from him again and am very grateful for hosts like Felix who make the Turo experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Seung was a great host. Easy to communicate with, made pick up and drop off really smooth. Was always seconds away if I needed anything. The car is great for times of high gas prices and savings, but the third row was great to have for my family. Made it super easy to get around town with the gps and self driving.

The car was great and the check in/check out process was easy. The car had a full tank of gas and had great gas mileage. Everything was in working order. I opted for the car being delivered to me (an additional fee). Unfortunately the driver delivered the vehicle to me 20 mins late, and was 45 mins late to pick up. It didn’t end up being an issue because I didn’t need to leave right at pickup time, and I was able to find free street parking (in Manhattan) until the driver was able to arrive for drop off, but just an FYI for others using this feature. Also, I didn’t realize until after booking that there is a fee for pets, which in my experience is unusual for hosts who list the car as being pet friendly.
