Absolutely the worst vehicle rental experience I’ve ever had.

The 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee itself was fine, but everything else was a disaster. Communication from the host was poor from start to finish. Pickup was delayed, and during the final few hours of the rental, the drop-off instructions changed 2-3 different times, creating confusion and unnecessary stress while trying to coordinate travel plans.

The most concerning part was being instructed to return the vehicle in a random residential neighborhood and leave the keys outside the vehicle unattended. This was completely unprofessional and created unnecessary risk and liability for me as the renter. If anything had happened to the vehicle after I left, there would have been no way to ensure it was properly secured or accounted for.

The host also promised to provide an Uber to the airport after drop-off. After returning the vehicle, we waited with no communication. Nearly an hour later, the host finally contacted us asking if we still needed an Uber. By that point, we had already been left scrambling to make alternative arrangements.

To make matters worse, there was no sense of urgency, accountability, or concern for the inconvenience caused. What should have been a simple rental return turned into a frustrating and stressful experience at the end of our trip.

I have rented vehicles many times and have never been asked to leave keys unattended in a residential neighborhood or deal with constantly changing return instructions. This experience fell far below reasonable expectations for customer service, professionalism, and renter safety.

While the vehicle itself was acceptable, the overall experience was disorganized, unreliable, and unprofessional. I would not rent from this host again and strongly recommend that prospective renters consider other options.

Uzi was a great host — super responsive!

Great host, made it easy to navigate an airport I only go to a few times a year.

So service was exceptional. Usman S. Was very responsive to us and communicated well. Unfortunately we didn’t know it was a marathon weekend which impacted the delivery of the car but he communicated to us about it and it was just a delay!
