The car was superb and the host was AMAZING and very helpful!

Very disappointing experience with Julian / Renty and the 2020 Alfa Romeo Stelvio.
First, the car was delivered 20 minutes late. Then I realized the vehicle was delivered nearly empty on fuel, despite me prepaying the $45 fuel option to return it at any fuel level. That option is supposed to allow me to return the car without refueling — not for the host to deliver it empty in the first place.
When I contacted Julian about it, he tried to justify it by saying I already paid for the fuel option. That makes no sense. He clearly knew the $45 prepaid fuel fee was far less than the actual cost to fill the tank and attempted to use that against me. I had to contact Turo directly to get the $45 refunded.
To make matters worse, he was also late picking up the vehicle. Overall, not professional and not the kind of host I would rent from again.

Excellent host — very understanding, responsive, and professional throughout the entire trip. Communication was quick and smooth, and the whole experience felt easy and stress-free. Highly recommend renting from him and would definitely book again!
