Jimmy made the entire process—from reservation to drop-off—simple, smooth, and incredibly convenient! We rented his 2023 Suburban, and it was perfect for our trip.
The price was ideal, especially compared with airport rental prices, and there was no waiting in line or dealing with a rental counter. The Suburban was already at the airport and ready to go, with clear and easy instructions for pickup. It was clean, full of gas, and had all the space we needed.
We didn’t need the vehicle for our entire trip, and Jimmy made the return just as easy by meeting us at our hotel to pick it up. Excellent communication, great vehicle, and outstanding service. We couldn’t have asked for a better Turo experience and would absolutely rent from Jimmy again!
