The car was in excellent condition, and the host was absolutely wonderful! She was extremely easy to communicate with, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout my entire rental. ( warning, long review, however when a host go above and beyond as she did, the review needs to be detailed.) Due to unexpected delays with my own vehicle, I had to extend my trip several times, often at the last minute. When the original rental could no longer accommodate one of my extensions due to a registration/plate timing issue, she immediately worked with me to provide another one of her , AS A PRECAUTION ON MY BEHALF, and even went out of her way to meet me and make the exchange as easy as possible, did I mention on a holiday weekend? The entire experience was smooth, and her customer service truly went above and beyond. I would absolutely rent from her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and an exceptional host. She was an extraordinary **host I highly recommend her. **
This was my 1st time using Turro, and I'm probably never going back to the other big business rental companies. The owner was great about communication, as I had to keep adjusting my pickup time due to numerous flight delays. It was clean, didnt have any weird smell, drove well, no complaints!
