Great car that got the job done. The physical key and app were a little finicky at times, but nothing difficult to manage. The host provided clear instructions, and pickup and return were both simple and convenient. The vehicle showed some normal wear and tear for its age, but it was clean, comfortable, and drove well. I especially enjoyed the sunroof and built-in navigation system. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I would happily rent this car again.

My family and I absolutely love the car. Everything about the BMW was amazing. Getting the car was convenient and easy. Also my husband and I got there a little earlier than appointed, but Ramiro came up to us and allowed us to get the keys early. Also pricing for this car was affordable as well. It was the best deal. The only thing they have to fixed is changing the gas to premium not regular gas on the ad. Because I went online and order the BMW, it said regular gas. But Ramiro clarified and stated it cannot use regular gas and only use plus or premium only. Which wasn’t an issue. This BMW was great on gas for us. Definitely renting from Carhaven again. The price was great, the car was great and the host was great. Highly recommend to rent from them. Thank you Ramiro and Carhaven!!
I couldn't get a rental from a traditional agency so I used Turo for the first time. Car was clean, full of gas, and exactly where they said it would be. Pick up and drop off was easy enough to figure out using the app (and a little help from my host...thank you). They really got me out of a jam.
