I was honestly disappointed with the quality of the car with the cost of the rental. The rims were super beat up and completely dirty. I felt like for the price, the inside could have been more maintained with a car wash before. This rental was used for a prom trip and I had to wash the vehicle myself to make the outside as well more suitable. For the cost of the rental, I would have expected something more clean and decent. Location of the rental was not a problem though, it was smooth and quick.

All of our vehicles are properly serviced and maintained above and beyond turo standards. In addition, we clean our vehicles before every trip and run our vehicles through a wash before most trips
