This was my first time testing TURO, and the experience with Scott was the so smooth and the best first turo experience. The vehicle was super clean, perfect for our family and for the environment. If all turo are like this, there will be no need for rental companies anymore. For any future guest reading this, yes this car is a great option. Great job Scott.... GREAT SCOTT (movie reference)

This is the first time we have rented with Eric and Turo. We did so because of the huge savings in cost between Turo and the other traditional car rental companies. What we didn’t expect was the outstanding customer service that Eric provided. He communicated with us prior to our trip, he checked in with us during our trip and we saw him again when we were returning the car.He receives an A in customer service. We had a small issue during our 4 week rental and he handled quickly with no hassle. He is definitely customer oriented. We will be returning to rent through him again in August and December.
