Car was nice. Clean, smelled good and had enough space for 4 passengers with luggage. Apple Car Play did not work for us. Pick up was fairly easy, but had trouble with phone service at the airport parking lot, so that made remote access challenging. Very nice folks with fast response time. I would have liked more proactive communication, especially since this was our first Turo experience.

I arrived at the airport in the middle of a hailstorm. I notified Fernando that I would not be going to the vehicle until the hail had stopped and he graciously agreed to unlock the car so it would be ready when the shuttle got me there.
After my trip, he informed Turo that the car was damaged by hail and filed against me for damages. I did not have possession of the car until after the hail storm- Turo is still investigating, despite their policy that you are not considered liable until you have possession. I have provided Turo with text information, weather reports and my itinerary with arrival times. BUYER BEWARE! YOU SHOULD NOT BE HELD LIABLE WITHOUT POSSESSION OF THE VEHICLE.
