Great experience overall! The car was clean, drove well, and made our trip easy. We had two stressful situations during the rental, including a hail storm and a charging issue, and Eric was genuinely accommodating and understanding through both. Communication was easy the entire trip, and he handled everything calmly and professionally, which made a huge difference during a stressful travel situation. Will absolutely rent again!!

Eric's car was super nice, I really enjoyed driving it. Eric was very accommodating and friendly, I really appreciated his being able to drop the car off at my hotel and pick it up from there. He even dropped it off early and was flexible with my return.
