Listen, I never thought I’d be the person raving about a minivan, but here we are... and I regret nothing! 😂 We rented this Chrysler minivan for a week-long Portland adventure, and to say it exceeded expectations is an absolute understatement. First off, the host’s communication was 10/10! Quick, effortless, and super helpful from start to finish - no stress, no guessing games, just smooth sailing from the moment we landed. And the drive? Darling, smooth as butta! She handled the roads like an absolute dream! Tons of room, crazy comfortable, and way more fun to cruise around in than a minivan has any right to be. If you’re on the fence about booking this ride, do yourself a favor and just hit the button. 100% would rent again in a heartbeat!
This van was perfect for our family of six! The gas mileage was good. We did not use the electric charging function, but it was nice to know that was an option. Minh was helpful even when my app wasn't working right and I had to call him directly. This was my first Turo rental experience and I will definitely use it again!

Overall, this rental experience was great. The Good: 1. Jonna had excellent communication. She was very quick to respond to any messages, and very reasonable to work with. 2. The vehicle was very clean, and easy to pick up. 3. Mechanically, we felt like this vehicle had nice pick-up and provided a smooth ride. The less-than-good: 1. There were a couple issues with the vehicle. One of the sliding doors was not usable, BUT Jonna was kind enough to inform us of this issue before we picked up the vehicle and offered to give us a full refund while she got the issue addressed. Even with a couple small functional issues, I would still give this experience a five star due to the level of customer service that Jonna provided us!

Morris was an AMAZING host!! He explained everything so well with details and communicated very clearly and quickly. The van was perfect and everything was taken care of. Morris was very flexible and understanding when we needed to change our pick up time. Such a smooth trip, would highly recommend!!!
