Way better than a standard car rental experience and a great price for a solid car. Be reasonable with your expectations and enjoy the low stress of driving a car that isn't worth half your mortgage and won't cost you money for a ding on the door. If you want to pay more for a more impressive, fancy car you might want to buy someday, I would go a different route but it worked nicely for us!
It was great to not have to wait at a rental counter since we had had a long travel day. Pick up and drop off instructions were simple and the car was clean and in excellent running condition. It fit our family of 5 adults and all our luggage perfectly. The host was responsive and I’d definitely use them again.
This Kia Carnival was awesome for our Portland trip! We have 3 kids and usually drive a Sorento but wanted to give the Carnival a try on our vacation. We LOVED it. Sam was a great host - we had never used Turo we felt a little nervous about it. We had an awesome experience. Sam was fast to reply and send helpful messages. He also left it in the perfect pickup location for us and drop off instructions were easy and clear. The vehicle was clean and in tip top shape. We would love to rent again for our next visit!
