We came upon the site from word of mouth from a family member with high reviews. And thought we would try it out ourselves and we were not disappointed with our first host, Bao. They were quick with responses and very communicative. Also, honored our request for an extension on the vehicle due to our kids starting school with no questions asked. We have never had such a smooth, painless, and great experience renting a vehicle. We have gone through multiple rental companies and none can compare to the satisfaction from our experience with Turo.

LeNay was a great host and was very accommodating and flexible. Her car was perfect for our family trip and was exactly as advertised.

Nonstop ear to ear. My cheeks hurt. I’ve never driven a rental car for no reason, as much as I drove this. It’s as visceral and potent as Kyle’s description. I spent my time outside of this truck, looking for one for myself. I wish I could post pictures of the fun. I got it just to say I’ve driven a hummer, and I’m glad it did. Hummer itself was in great condition, especially considering its age. Kyle put time and effort into making it pretty modern as far as connectivity goes. Drove really well, and was clean inside and out. It’s not practical, not all the looks you get will be admiration, and you’ll need to marry an oil titan just to fuel it, but I guarantee you will be having the most fun driving than anybody else on the road or you’re not driving it right. I normally drive German/European vehicles, but America got me this time. I will be renting again.

Ali is a fantastic host. His car collection is impressive, and the cars are immaculate. They are the nicest condition cars I’ve rented from Turo. I fully expect to rent from him again, and I highly recommend you do too. He responded almost instantly any time I reached out, and he made the whole trip an enjoyable one.

This was my first time using Turo, and it was pretty seamless. It was a no-contact process with Bao, so there wasn’t any direct interaction, but he left a thorough message explaining the procedure. Make sure to check-in (add photos of car, etc) before beginning your trip, and this is the same process checking out. Bao’s car drove smoothly and got us where we needed to go! Overall, I would recommend!

Praneeth is wonderful! All his reviews truly depict how friendly an accommodating he is. He kept great communication and a wonderful well maintained vehicle. He made the process very easy which is always a plus when you are in an area you are unfamiliar with. I had never driven a luxury vehicle an after he left me with the car I was unsure of a few buttons an he walked back to show me how they work. Definitely shows he cares about the customer. Great car. We had 3 adult kids and the middle back seatbelt is not the most comfortable. For 4 adults or 3 smaller kids works perfect. Air worked well in over 100 degree heat. Very comfortable front seats. Great price! Thank you

Temba’s Highlander was perfect for us having extra guests in town. The vehicle drives perfectly & fit 7 adults comfortably, with room in the trunk space for a small cooler & personal belongings. Would rent from Temba again! Easy pickup/drop off. They let us park our vehicle on the street for the day we rented the Highlander.

Super accommodating when I needed to return the car after my original end date of my trip due to a family emergency. Car was clean. Service light came on and tire pressure light but none of the tires seemed to need air. Car and sound system were both great! Will definitely rent again.

This was yet another incredible Turo experience. I really can't imagine a better vehicle for the kind of adventure we just had. Though I can't honestly say that I prefer the new Bronco to the old one in terms of style and grit, if I was judging based solely on comfort of travel and ease of maneuvering through a wide variety of conditions and surfaces - this car is outstanding. Car was awesome. I got the privilege of being the first one to rent Jessie’s Lexus and it was amazing. I drive a big lifted Ram truck so it was fun to rock a sports car. Jessie is a great host and is very communicative. He was also accommodating and allowed me to start my trip a little earlier than scheduled. I will definitely use Jessie again the next time I am in Portland.

Bao was very prompt at all communication as this was our first Turo rental I had a lot of questions. We picked up the car and it was not well cleaned, there was beach sand and some bark in the back seat and foot prints on the inside of the passenger side window. It was difficult to get the pictures/video before and after since the car is black you get mostly reflection, but there was no issues so they weren’t needed. Overall it was a good experience and will use Turo again.
