Great. Car wasn’t what was in the pictures and had some trouble connected CarPlay but overall great.
Glad to hear you had an overall great experience. You got the same car that you booked which is a 2026 Kia Carnival hybrid. Car was in top condition.
Latest Kia cars have phone projection as a separate option for Carplay which might not be obvious at first but once bluetooth is connected it should be simple.

Host was hard to communicate with; wasn’t super helpful when returning the car; don’t care about a potential up charge and tried to get us to switch from Turo to their personal website.
New turo user had issues with the app. Called me for instructions and I explained over the call. Showed up 2 hours late to pickup without any ETA. Got upset when Turo tried to charge more for changing return times which is not under my control. Drove 2026 Kia carnival hybrid for 1400 miles and a left review that doesnt reflect the condition of the car or the host willingness to help is disappointing.
