Pick up and drop off was easy, car was clean but the brakes you reallyyy need to step on em fyi maybe need replacing ? I was a tad nervous driving but all else was fine :)

There was a low tire light on and a crack in windshield. A knocking noise in the back of the vehicle. Everything else was fine and worked fine for our trip.

The windshield had already been professionally repaired. We also inspected the rear but couldn’t find or reproduce the knocking noise you mentioned. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. The car was clean and smelled good. Great on gas mileage also. Owner was very communicative and replied very fast. My original reservation got canceled within 27 hours of my trip so I had to find a new car ASAP. He totally saved my life. No Bluetooth in this van but the gas mileage made it all worth it. He also accommodated me with dropping off the car almost 2 hours eariler which I totally appreciate. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
