Pick up and drop off was a breeze. The car was clean and smelled good. Great on gas mileage also. Owner was very communicative and replied very fast. My original reservation got canceled within 27 hours of my trip so I had to find a new car ASAP. He totally saved my life. No Bluetooth in this van but the gas mileage made it all worth it. He also accommodated me with dropping off the car almost 2 hours eariler which I totally appreciate. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
