Rented the 2014 Grand Caravan and the car isn't perfect, but it did its job driving around Portland.

It’s a 12 year old car. 106K miles. No ability to connect a phone. No USB plugs. The WATER PUMP broke leaving us with an overheating car.
The owner did what he could to help but this almost ruined a pretty major event. Did not offer a full refund, though.

Hi Andrew I’m sorry your trip didn’t meet your expectations. However, the review contains several inaccuracies. The vehicle did not have the mileage you stated, and there was no confirmed water pump failure or overheating. All vehicle details, including its age and features, were accurately listed before booking. I responded promptly and did everything I could to help. Additionally, the vehicle was not returned according to the agreed return instructions.
Pickup was super easy and owner was very helpful and responsive with communication. Thanks!

Pick up and drop off was easy, car was clean but the brakes you reallyyy need to step on em fyi maybe need replacing ? I was a tad nervous driving but all else was fine :)
