Great pick up, smooth riding vehicle and clean. Very fun for a family road trip to the Oregon coast!

The instructions for pickup were clear and easy to follow, and the parking location was very convenient, which made the process smooth from the start. The host was responsive and checked in with us, which we appreciated.
The car was clean, very spacious, and perfect for our needs. We especially loved that it was a hybrid it made a big difference.
The only minor issue we ran into was with accessing the third row. It was a bit difficult to move the second row forward, possibly due to the all-weather mats, which made it a little tricky for family members to get in and out.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely book with them again.
