Great experience! The vehicle was clean, comfortable, spacious, and smooth to drive. Perfect for a family trip with plenty of room for passengers and luggage. Nancy was quick to respond to questions about the vehicle and easy to work with. The pick up and drop off process was easy to follow.

The vehicle looked to be in decent shape and worked well for our drive from PDX to Lincoln city. Once at our destination, the check engine light came on indicating an engine or transmission sensor wasn’t working appropriately and the solution given to me was to not drive it until the issue could be figured out….
Then another alert for the headlight system came on. When looking at the alert history, these issues have been causing alerts for months.
Nancy was easy to work with and responded to issues relatively quickly. No issues with Nancy other than telling me to not drive the vehicle, essentially stranding me and my family, while also not offering any other solutions.
