Van worked great for getting me and my friends around Oregon. No issues on a 4 day road trip.

I’ve rented from Turo allll the time but this was my first encounter of having airport pickup with a personal meetup. My experience? A little confusing.
The pickup and dropoff communication is not clearly directed until I landed. So imagined getting on a flight and not knowing the rental pickup details. Same for dropoff. There were no clear instructions.
The car is a little outdated where the phone didn’t project on the screen so I had to hold my phone for GPS while driving. Perhaps providing a phone stand would be help by the owner.
The brakes were worn out too. We drove to Seattle and going up and down hills was too promising.
At the end, the car served the purposes.

The Toyota Sienna was in good shape just as advertised and I enjoyed driving it around Vancouver and Portland. Pickup was straightforward and communication was great. Would recommend for a van in the Portland area!
