The van was great and the host was helpful, but we lost a mirror that was not fixed correctly and caused a great amount of inconvenience

Car is impeccably maintained and everything worked including the a/c! You have to depress the front climate button on the dash to activate and deactivate it.
Comfortable, clean, lots of room, and great gas mileage.
Oh and the service by Stephanie and team was always prompt, courteous and informative!

The a/c did not work hot air the whole time. Everything else great
