Joseph is a wonderful and attentive host. We had questions throughout the trip and he was always quick to respond and help. Pick up was easy and efficient at the airport. Loved not dealing with the large commercial rental companies. The Pacifica was nice. Fit our family of 6 easily. No mechanical issues at all and the gas mileage was economical. We would rent from Joseph again in a heartbeat!
