Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! Everything went incredibly smoothly. The car was practically brand new, spotless, and in perfect condition when we picked it up. Communication with Oleksandr was excellent throughout the entire trip. What really impressed us was the return process. Oleksandr called to let us know that the airport parking was completely full, so instead of having us deal with parking and returning the car, he personally met us right at departures and took the car from us! It honestly couldn’t have been easier or more convenient, especially since we were traveling with two young children. Such a thoughtful touch and truly outstanding service! Everything was seamless, stress-free, and exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely rent from Oleksandr again. Highly recommend!
Car was very spacious and worked for our needs for 7 people and not backpacks.. Price was great. The radio and rear view camera didn’t work quite right but prob something easy to fix. I didn’t realize the usb attachment to charge phones was in the glove box til the end of our trip. It had cigarette type accessory outlet.

Everything was just as expected, and the entire experience was easy and enjoyable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience renting this Toyota Sienna! The car was practically brand new, super clean, and in excellent condition. The host was amazing! She was always quick to respond to my messages, very friendly, and helpful throughout the entire rental. I was running a little late returning the vehicle, and she was so understanding about it. She told me not to worry and that it wasn’t a problem at all, which I really appreciated. She made everything so easy and stress-free from beginning to end. I would definitely rent from her again and highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you for such a great experience!
