Car was very spacious and worked for our needs for 7 people and not backpacks.. Price was great. The radio and rear view camera didn’t work quite right but prob something easy to fix. I didn’t realize the usb attachment to charge phones was in the glove box til the end of our trip. It had cigarette type accessory outlet.
I can not rave about this company enough. I’ll start with convenience; traveling with young kids is a lot. The extra bags, the meltdowns, etc. Our biggest stresses while traveling are how we’re going to carry everything with just two adults and how we’re going to get our car seats somewhere safely. Finding a car once you get to the airport usually calls for shuttles, extra time, etc. The convenience of a short walk to the parking garage was AMAZINGLY seamless. We requested car seats as well. You never know what kind of car seats you’re going to get with a rental car. We’ve traveled before and ended up buying new car seats because of the condition and quality of car seats previously. When we arrived to the car they were installed, clean, and quality… not for one child but all three of our kids. Before our trip Poyraz Tourism Services LLC was extremely responsive and helpful any time I had a question. They were quick to reassure us that we would be taken care of during our trip/rental with them. It’s rare to find a car provider who is over the top. My husband dropped us all off after our short trip to Florida at our cruise port and in the craziness of getting our kids and luggage out we forgot our bag carrier in the trunk. When we arrived back to Florida they met up with us for us to receive it back. That’s not something any car rental place will do for you. This is why I will only ever use Poyraz Tourism Services LLC, because they don’t just care about getting car rentals booked, they care about the people who rent their cars. L Thank you so very much. I would rent from them again. The car battery died while we had the car (things happen sometimes). The communication was great as we were able to get a new battery installed, keep the car, and continue our vacation. Pick up and drop off were easy. Host was very responsive. Thanks!

Overall, the rental trip was incredibly smooth. We have no issues with the car during our rental period. Return was super easy at FLL. Michael was very responsive to texts and very timely. Car was very clean upon pickup. Locating the car was very easy. We had a little snafu with the key at the beginning on the trip which caused a small delay. The delay made our drive 2 hr drive after flying across the country with 2 small children more difficult. I’m still leaving 5 stars, because Michael did rectify the situation very quickly and I understand that things happen in business.
