The car was in great quality, pick up went well. We would’ve appreciated better instructions for drop off. We tried dropping off hibiscus and Cypress was required. That would’ve been nice to know so I had to go back and re-park with dad about 40 minutes to end

The car was fine. Everything was clean and in order. The communication from the host was terrible though. I had to pay the ticket for the parking garage even though that extra cost was not communicated and I was never given any instructions for drop off despite multiple messages requesting instructions. I could see that my messages had been read, but no response was given. The day following my trip I received an invoice for tolls for some other car that appeared to be from Germany based on the receipt. I definitely won’t be using Innova again.
