I rented a vehicle from Luxtria on Turo, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding.
The car was spotless, and communication with him was excellent from start to finish. He is genuinely a great person who goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Throughout my trip, he consistently checked in to make sure everything was going well and asked if I needed anything.
One day, I experienced a minor issue with one of the windows, and he immediately coordinated with me, came out personally, and had the problem resolved within just 30 minutes. That level of responsiveness and commitment is truly remarkable.
What impressed me most was not just the quality of the vehicle, but the kind of person he is: attentive, professional, friendly, courteous, and genuinely invested in making sure his guests have a great experience.
I wholeheartedly recommend renting from him. Without a doubt, if I return to Miami and one of his vehicles is available, I will be renting from him again.

Luxtria takes great pride in maintaining our vehicles to a high standard 🚘✨. However, despite proper maintenance and preparation, unexpected issues can arise 🔧. During your trip, Turo and I offered multiple solutions, including cancellation, a vehicle swap, and other alternatives. You declined these options and chose to keep and use the vehicle for the remainder of your 12-day trip. Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience 🙏 and truly appreciate the opportunity to have hosted you...
