Andres communication was top notch.
Van worked perfectly. Great car.
Took off one star, because we did airport pick up, and he parked the car in short-term parking so long before my flight arrived. I had to pay a full days rate of $21
Hi there, thanks for the feedback. I understand the frustration with the $25 airport charge, but that fee comes directly from the airport based on when the car enters the garage — not from us. We parked the vehicle a few hours early to make sure it was in position and ready for your pickup on time, and unfortunately the garage set the full-day rate because of their system.
We always do our best to balance convenience and cost, but airport timing rules are out of our hands.
