This was my first time ever driving a minivan, and I have to say the 2026 Kia Carnival completely exceeded my expectations. It never felt like I was driving a van instead, it had a refined, luxury SUV-like feel with an incredibly smooth, comfortable ride and excellent handling. We comfortably fit six adults and two baby car seats without anyone feeling cramped, and there was still plenty of room for luggage and all of our gear. The interior was thoughtfully designed, quiet, and packed with features that made long drives enjoyable for everyone. If you’re on the fence about renting a minivan, the Kia Carnival will change your perspective. It was the perfect vehicle for our family trip, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent one again. Highly recommended!
I had a great experience renting this 2026 Toyota Sienna from Shilu. Communication was excellent from start to finish, making pickup and drop-off quick and hassle-free. The van was in pristine condition and looked almost brand new. I was also really impressed with the hybrid system. The EV mode was surprisingly smooth and helped make the vehicle incredibly fuel-efficient throughout our trip. One of my favorite features, especially in the Florida heat, was how quickly the A/C blew ice-cold air—it cooled the cabin almost immediately after starting the van. Overall, this was an outstanding rental experience. I would definitely rent from Shilu again and highly recommend both the host and the vehicle!
The 8 passenger van was picked up at a good and of ease location, and instructions given by the host made it easy to start the rental process once arriving to the van. The van was clean and full of fuel. No problems with the vehicle during the trip. The roominess in the vehicle was great for a big family road trip with a lot of trunk space. The host(s) were great with communication and response time with any messages to them. Would recommend using this host to family and friends.

The pick up and drop off were very easy. Host had great communication. The car itself was very good for our little trip from Houston to Dallas. The car was nice and clean, the two entertainment screens in the back were great for my 2 kids. And with the car being a hybrid, we saved a lot on gas.
The owners were very responsive to help when we were out of state and had a flat. Even sending us info on the closest tire shop.
