I have been a Turo member since 2025, and I have never had an experience like this. Pablo was disrespectful and rude throughout this situation, and I am extremely disappointed with the way he has handled things.
Despite this, he is attempting to hold me responsible for something I did not cause.
This experience has left me feeling that I am being unfairly charged for a pre-existing issue. I do not appreciate being treated this way or having my honesty questioned over an allegation that has not been properly substantiated.
**I would not recommend renting from this host.** Please be cautious and thoroughly document the vehicle's condition before and after your trip.

Hi Batinah, I shared with you the pre-trip photos where the car was in excellent condition and you returned it without the gas cap, undercarriage damage and a speaker blown out. I thoroughly check the vehicle before and after the trip. I am sorry this is causing you feel angry, even though it’s important you become responsible for the damages caused while you were driving.
