Awful service we went on a family trip with a non-safety vehicle that should’ve never been on the road 2 bad tires. With cat faces all around them. We had a flat in Florida went to Sam’s Club and paid out our own pocket and put tire on the vehicle we have yet to receive our money back for that vehicle. I will never rent or refer them to anyone.

Our reviews reflect the care and maintenance we put into our fleet. After reviewing pre-trip photos, we found no evidence of the damage being present before your rental. You also returned the vehicle a full day late after requesting only a few extra hours, and we chose not to charge additional fees as a courtesy. Our record & customer feedback speak for themselve
