I had a great experience renting this 2026 Toyota Sienna from Shilu. Communication was excellent from start to finish, making pickup and drop-off quick and hassle-free. The van was in pristine condition and looked almost brand new.
I was also really impressed with the hybrid system. The EV mode was surprisingly smooth and helped make the vehicle incredibly fuel-efficient throughout our trip. One of my favorite features, especially in the Florida heat, was how quickly the A/C blew ice-cold air—it cooled the cabin almost immediately after starting the van.
Overall, this was an outstanding rental experience. I would definitely rent from Shilu again and highly recommend both the host and the vehicle!
