We weren’t informed ahead of time, and only found out after reaching out during the trip—apparently a prior renter may have misplaced it. It made charging at non-Tesla stations a bit more challenging and inconvenient, but we made it work with planning ahead. Still, a great trip and would definitely rent again—just recommend confirming charger availability before pickup!
