Car was easy to pick up and return. The body is pretty banged up and the paint is wearing off. It is an easy older car, so no backup camera and no real Bluetooth, although the host doesn’t provide a connector device. Otherwise, very nice host and I would rent again.
Fantastic experience renting this 2013 Toyota Sienna! The van was clean, reliable, and perfect for our trip. It drove smoothly, had Michelin tires in great condition, had plenty of space, and everything worked exactly as expected. The host was friendly, responsive, and made pickup/drop-off super easy. Communication was excellent throughout the rental. I’d definitely rent from them again and highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a comfortable and dependable vehicle!

I rented the Toyota sienna and it was absolutely comfortable! Pick up and location of the vehicle is easy, and car was safely parked in the plaza. No issues, and the car ran smoothly. This rental operation is on a car lot. Pickup was a bit confusing as different employees directed me to others. I finally found Juana who pleasantly assisted me in finding the Toyota Prius. This Toyota Prius is an older vehicle. The black paint is very faded on the roof and hood due to weathering. This shabby appearance is not apparent in the vehicle photos. The mechanical operation was fine. Mileage was good.

Everything went smooth with the rental. Pablo and his partner were all the time in communication and making sure everything was okay, mechanically the car is in flawless condition and well taken care of. Cosmetically wise it does have some issues, but understandable as it is a rental with many miles, but nothing affects functionality or comfort. Will definitely rent again!
