Fantastic experience renting this 2013 Toyota Sienna! The van was clean, reliable, and perfect for our trip. It drove smoothly, had Michelin tires in great condition, had plenty of space, and everything worked exactly as expected. The host was friendly, responsive, and made pickup/drop-off super easy. Everything went smooth with the rental. Pablo and his partner were all the time in communication and making sure everything was okay, mechanically the car is in flawless condition and well taken care of. Cosmetically wise it does have some issues, but understandable as it is a rental with many miles, but nothing affects functionality or comfort. Will definitely rent again!
