Fantastic experience renting this 2013 Toyota Sienna! The van was clean, reliable, and perfect for our trip. It drove smoothly, had Michelin tires in great condition, had plenty of space, and everything worked exactly as expected.
The host was friendly, responsive, and made pickup/drop-off super easy. Communication was excellent throughout the rental. I’d definitely rent from them again and highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a comfortable and dependable vehicle!

I rented the Toyota sienna and it was absolutely comfortable! Pick up and location of the vehicle is easy, and car was safely parked in the plaza. No issues, and the car ran smoothly. It is very clean, and also has a phone stand for your phone. I would definitely rent again ! Thank you Theodore for making renting Easy and Fast.

Car was not perfect on the outside with some scratches and dents but inside was in great condition.
Drove through the mountains on the way to Tahoe and it handled great up the mountain.
It rained really hard one of the days but the windshield seemed to be treated with RainX bc it just slid off, making the windshield really easy to see out of.
I also appreciated the phone holder, that makes driving safer.
Theodore was a great host and very interactive and accommodating.
Only issue with the van was the missing antenna, which means we couldn't listen to the radio much. Not a huge issue, but I wish I knew ahead of time. Either way this was a 5 star rental in spite of the radio problems.

Quality of the car was great. Rides smooth and love that the doors can be open from the clicker. I was a little frustrated with the pick up since Turo did give me the location in the airport BUT they didn’t give me a floor to pick up - took 45 minutes to find the car with the help of security.
