This was my first time using Turo, and my overall satisfaction was disappointingly low. Firstly, despite my check in time of 11am, I did not receive information on how to access the car until 11:38am. This was after making multiple calls to the owner, sending messages that did not get a response until nearly an hour later, and it caused me to be late to my plans. Secondly, the car had a warning message displayed during the whole duration of the trip that added a sense of uncertainty. Thirdly, as a guest to the area, I had no previously mentioned information on the toll system in the region, nor that I would be fully responsible for the undocumented amount. Finally, the driver side light was out, and I was unable to comfortably drive at night. In totality, the car itself was not terrible, however, there were a lot of areas for improvement that furthered my dissatisfaction for such a “esteemed” Turo associate.

We enjoy the ride the checked in was easy Daniel drop of the car to my destination after my last minute change for the address to drop off communication with Daniel was good. He always respond fast. He’s always there when you need him. I will definitely rent a car from him again thank you so much
