I rented one of the cheapest cars available, and I’d say I got pretty much what I expected for the price. It’s a 2014 that feels like it’s lived hard, but it’s still out there doing exactly what it was made to do. It got me from the airport to Peoria and back, along with a couple trips to Chase Field, and was an inexpensive way to get around town. Pickup and drop-off were super simple, and the host was very responsive anytime I messaged. Just set your expectations accordingly with the car itself. This probably isn’t the car I’d choose if I were looking for a comfortable family ride or planning a long road trip like the Grand Canyon. It was great for a baseball showcase with my son though. It’s definitely showing its age in a number of ways. The A/C still blows cold, but it doesn’t have quite the cooling power of a newer car, so if temperatures are expected to be well over 100°, that’s something to keep in mind. If your priority is simply getting around town as cheaply as possible, though, it does the job. It’s an older, well-used car at a very low price, and I think that’s the right expectation going into the rental. My one complaint with the rental process was the expectation that the car be washed and vacuumed before returning it. They provide access to a car wash through their membership, so there’s no additional cost, but the return instructions do warn of a potential cleaning charge if it isn’t done. I would have preferred not to have to build a trip through the car wash into my return to the airport, so that’s something future renters should be aware of. Overall, the rental worked well for what I needed, the host was easy to work with, and I’d definitely look at renting from them again the next time I’m in Phoenix.

Clean and reliable option, with tons of safety features that made the trip feel secure and comfortable. The car itself is very spacious, including lots of room in the trunk. Directions were very precise for both pick up and return (although I didn't realize there was an additional step to checkout in Turo). Car drove great and it was perfect for our trip. The car drove very smoothly, and the entire rental process was incredibly easy. I also loved not having to worry about a security deposit like with many other rental companies. I needed a rental because the A/C in my personal car stopped working, and this one definitely didn’t disappoint. The A/C got ice cold even on the first fan setting, which was a huge plus in the Arizona heat! The owner was very kind, responsive, and quick to answer any questions or concerns I had.
