The car is in older condition, but I am still rating it high because it was perfect for what I needed, the communication was great, and the customer service was excellent. For the price, this is a good rental. Sure the seats are a little stained, there are some scratches on the car, and the tire pressure light was on (probably due to the large temperature fluctuations in AZ), but that means you don't have to be too worried that someone is going to touch it. When I first got the car, the remote and drivers side unlock button wouldn't unlock the other doors, but it somehow started working again later that day. The passenger side door lock is missing a plastic piece, but it still works. The windshield wipers worked perfectly in the rain. Again, don't expect a brand new car - just a solid car that will get you where you need to go, along with great communication and customer service. I would rent from Joshua again anytime!

Pick up location was changed a few hours before pick up. I reserved the car based on proximity to where I was staying. Car was dirty inside and seats were stained. Trash from previous person (empty cigarette carton) was left in the passenger door. They sent a detailed a message regarding cleaning fees, which I thought was entertaining considering the inside of the vehicle was dirty. Car was in decent shape and got the job done.

Car was very dirty inside and out smelled like really heavy smoke stains on roof and on seats looked like someone spilt soda or some drink on the doors and other plastics throughout the car then I get a message about making sure I clean it and take it to a car wash upon return what a joke!

This was a back-to-back rental, and unfortunately the previous guest violated our no-smoking policy and left the interior requiring additional detailing. We cleaned and deodorized it as thoroughly as possible before your trip. We were also not made aware of any maintenance concerns during your reservation and are unsure about why you left a three star for that. We apologize for the experience and appreciate your feedback.
