Great car, just wasn’t full on gas when I picked it up, seemed a little dirty too.

Service was great as per usual but I had to do a little detail work myself to be able to see out of the windshield to be able to drive safely.

Car was really nice. Slick and fast!!
Confusion on communication on where to pick up. I received multiple messages without directions (no N, S, E, W) finally sent me a pic after conflicting messages.
Pick up spot is very sketchy. Looks like 3rd world country car lot.
Windows were dirty at pick up. So dirty I stopped and bought windex and paper towels!
Gas tank was not completely full at pick up. Showed just over 300 miles left. After I filled up, there was over 400 miles remaining. I don’t notice this until I looked at pre trip photos. My mistake!
I paid a premium and expect premium service. I won’t rent from this place again
No smoking allowed
