I was in a desperate need for a rental. It was Labor Day, all the car rentals were closed, and my dad was being rushed to the hospital out of state. Edward acted quickly and got the car ready in extremely short notice and even guided me to change my reservation time so I could start my out of state travels earlier. Edward was always quick to communicate and extremely sympathetic to my urgency. A wonderful person. I would absolutely rent from Edward again.
It was an amazing experience while I didn’t have my own car I did rent one for my trip on the next day and got a great discount while booking.
Pick up was very easy. This vehicle served exactly what my daughter and I needed. We had an appointment that my own vehicle would not have made it to. My only feedback is that the gas tank when we received it was about halfway. Other than that, everything was great! Thank you!

Car smelled sooo wonderful! Good communication when needed. Kept me well informed. I like how they are completely thorough with detailing on not only entrance of car, but the type of petrol it takes location of how to open it etc. if you’ve never driven an electric or hybrid I recommend them to you. I have an electric vehicle and they are as detailed on the how to utilize as if you were buying from a dealer themselves that actually knows the car :> I didn’t have time to wash but free washing is a perk(plus didn’t really have car long enough to need a washing!) if I ever run into a car pickle I’d rent from them again!
