Car and location were as described and just fine overall.
As a first-time purchaser of this service it would have been helpful if Turo provided more detailed information in advance, particularly about the process for picking up a car without any in-person exchange, having to take all the photos of the car and uploading them, and mention of the parking pass inside the car. All fairly simple things, but after a long day of travel it seemed like a lot to figure out at the time.

Overall the car worked out fine. But the person I rented it from was extremely rude and disrespectful. He put the address for pick up at target and was rude when I couldn’t locate the vehicle because he parked in a different parking lot and wasn’t clear on the instructions. I was very close of just cancelling the reservation. Extremely unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable.
The directions were very clear (when we read and dont just rely on GPS). I called and told him verbatim ( what was written) where the vehicle was and he found it within 2 minutes.
Additionally, this guest did not have the courtesy to message when he finished about 4 hours early and exceeded the mileage. ( That he hasn’t paid for at the time of this post).
