Toyota rental in Schaumburg, IL

This was an entirely new experience for me. I was very nervous and it doesn’t help being old. It all turned out well and Derrick kept helping me with any questions. Car was perfect and great with has. I was happy to drive a Toyota because that’s what I am use to at home and you can’t rent from the usual car rentals. It was a great experience

Excellent experience from start to finish. The gentleman I rented the car from was very professional, respectful, and easy to work with. The vehicle was extremely clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. He made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he takes pride in providing great service. I would definitely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and professional car rental experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great experience! Parking was so convenient at Chicago Midway. I don’t think I walked 100 steps from the baggage claim to the where the car was parked. The vehicle was very clean and drove well. My only gripe about the car was that it smelled a little like someone smoked in the car, but it wasn’t terrible. I also didn’t like the pink license plate cover. 😂 Outside of that, I really enjoyed the car. The car comes with CarPlay and USB-C outlets which we loved! We had to refill 1/4 of a tank in gas. At $4.49 per gallon it cost around $35. We go back to Chicago once per year and I think we will for sure rent this car again depending on price. Maria was also on top of communication. Very easy to work with. Thank you again for a great experience, Maria!

All good! Good comms. Car drove nicely. I have a similar car back home. Only note is it was a little tricky to find where to park the car as the building does not have an address posted.

Very nice and smooth drive very clean car and I would recommend other people to rent this car and I will myself rent this vehicle again if needed

I appreciated having this car for my quick trip to Chicago. Gas mileage was great and I would rent again

This was my first time using Turo. Car pick up, communication w owner and car return was easy-all on the app at any time I needed. I needed to extend my rental multiple times and Saul was accommodating. I plan to rent from Turo and Saul again.

The whole experience was really great, to picking up the car and dropping it off. Really great communication with Juan. The car was really spacious and great for a mini family roadtrip. Everything was a smooth process. We hope to rent soon!

Car was clean and host was even early to drop off the vehicle. They were very quick to respond to messages as well. Would rent again.

Had a great trip with Lavern's car. It ran super smooth and gave great gas mileage. Lavern was also super friendly, quick to reply whenever I messaged, and really accommodating with everything. The whole process was just easy and stress-free. Would definitely rent from Lavern again next time I'm around!
