Great experience! Parking was so convenient at Chicago Midway. I don’t think I walked 100 steps from the baggage claim to the where the car was parked. The vehicle was very clean and drove well. My only gripe about the car was that it smelled a little like someone smoked in the car, but it wasn’t terrible. I also didn’t like the pink license plate cover. 😂 Outside of that, I really enjoyed the car. The car comes with CarPlay and USB-C outlets which we loved! We had to refill 1/4 of a tank in gas. At $4.49 per gallon it cost around $35. We go back to Chicago once per year and I think we will for sure rent this car again depending on price. Maria was also on top of communication. I've found my New Go-To Rental Owner "William". This was my 1st time using the Turo app for a rental & I'm So Glad I chose the vehicle I did. The owner was So Nice & Helpful.The Vehicle drinves Great & is a Guaranteed Gas Saver. I Enjoyed the car So Much I ended up extended my time for an extra day w/ No Issues Whatsoever. This trip started under duress. We had booked a car and then were told only hours before pick up that the car was not available. We were given option to get another car which did not work the first time we tried. Then we got this Toyota Camry which was fine, but this is first time ever we were told we were supposed to get the car washed and vacuumed on return. This car wash thing is pretty hard to get done at 5 am as we couldn’t find any open car washed not to mention it has rained and the dew was extremely heavy. In any event, this owner did a good job and we appreciate their help.

The car was perfect exactly what I needed it for, the location and communication was outstanding. The only issue I had was a light on the dashboard which I contacted him about and it was really no issue. Would absolutely rent from him again.
