Justin was very nice. He aven cleaned the car with vinegar/water for me due to my allergy to perfumed cleaning products. He was exactly on time for the pickup. I enjoyed driving this Toyota Prius, which handled well and was very comfortable. With gas prices high using a hybrid car was great.

Very clean car and excellent service! Very prompt in response and the car was parked so close by to the baggage claim, helped a lot with the children and luggage! Also gave Very good car seats and that took off the stress of traveling with car seats and made our trip very easy and a pleasure! Any future trips to San Jose and Sergio is the one I will be reaching out to rent a car! Thank you 😊

Excellent host! The 2020 Toyota Corolla was exactly as described—clean, reliable, fuel-efficient, and very easy to drive. Pickup and drop-off were smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout the trip. I had a great experience and would definitely rent from this host again. Highly recommend!

It’s a nice car great ride. Owner left nice instructions about how to operate and refuel the car. Very important instructions indeed. Recommended if you want to experience a fuel cell car. They are not cheap to fuel as electric cars though. Price of Hydrogen is high. Paid $65 for half a tank.

The car owners were very informative on how to use a vehicle and to fuel the vehicle. They were very kind courteous and had a immaculately clean vehicle for me to rent. They were also very customer service friendly and helping me with adjusting my time that I was using the rental. They gave me tips on how to be more effective in rentals they also gave me tips on how to better use the vehicle. This was overall one of the best rental experiences I've had from renting homes to hotels or renting cars it was very easy to get to the vehicle and return the vehicle

It was mostly great. Returning was a little confusing bc the address given wasn’t the correct location but Lilian and I figured it out. The car gets great gas mileage, was clean, and had no issues.
