Everything was absolutely perfect. It was my first Turo car rental and I’m hooked! My BMW was at the mechanic; and I was up against the wall to find an alternative plan for my church conference in San Diego. The SUV was awesome to drive, was spacious and smooth. It didn’t take 1-2 hours to wait and rent. The host was very polite and professional! I’m definitely going to make Turo my 1st choice when I need a fast rental service, courtesy and professional. The price was also great! Thank you so much for everything; because of you I didn’t miss a beat and was able to stay on schedule to and from San Diego. Had a wonderful trip from beginning to end. Also, when returning the rental, lots of ducks came out from nowhere to see me off lol that was the best feeling ever!

I had a great experience with this rental! The car was wonderful to drive—it rode very smooth, was comfortable, and was AMAZING on gas. I didn’t even have to fill the tank until it was time to return it! I enjoyed driving it so much that I was actually considering getting one of my own. 😊 The host was also great. I messaged him with a question during my trip and he responded right away, which I really appreciated. Overall, everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I would definitely rent from him again. Highly recommend!

Wow! This is my second time renting the 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe. I love driving this car. And Adrian is always an excellent Host. The timely, clear communication and seamless pick-up and drop-off, etc. is much appreciated.

I had a great experience renting from this host! I actually made a mistake on my return and dropped the car off at the wrong terminal. I was already running a few minutes behind and accidentally returned it around 2 instead of 4 because I was in a frenzy. She was incredibly understanding, came over to help, and even offered to drive me to the correct terminal. That level of kindness was so appreciated. The car itself was spotless and very well maintained. It came stocked with complimentary wipes and a charging cable. The cable didn’t work with my phone, but that wasn’t an issue since the car also has a fast-charging USB port and two 12V outlets, so there were plenty of charging options for a family or a business trip. Overall, this was an excellent rental experience, and I would absolutely rent from her again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The car was great! I couldn’t find it at first upon arrival but within seconds she was in communication with me and navigated me right to it. I had it for 2 weeks and the fuel economy on this car is outstanding! Would highly recommend booking this vehicle. Will definitely book with Arcy again, she was great, even when I needed to extend my stay last minute!

TLC's Hyundai Tucson looked just as good as it ran inside and out. The pickup and drop off was very close to home and was very convenient. The host was super responsive which made my trip super nice. I will definitely use TLC in the future.
