Everything was absolutely perfect. It was my first Turo car rental and I’m hooked! My BMW was at the mechanic; and I was up against the wall to find an alternative plan for my church conference in San Diego. The SUV was awesome to drive, was spacious and smooth. It didn’t take 1-2 hours to wait and rent. The host was very polite and professional! I’m definitely going to make Turo my 1st choice when I need a fast rental service, courtesy and professional. The price was also great! Thank you so much for everything; because of you I didn’t miss a beat and was able to stay on schedule to and from San Diego. Had a wonderful trip from beginning to end. Also, when returning the rental, lots of ducks came out from nowhere to see me off lol that was the best feeling ever!

I had a great experience renting from this host! I actually made a mistake on my return and dropped the car off at the wrong terminal. I was already running a few minutes behind and accidentally returned it around 2 instead of 4 because I was in a frenzy. She was incredibly understanding, came over to help, and even offered to drive me to the correct terminal. That level of kindness was so appreciated. The car itself was spotless and very well maintained. It came stocked with complimentary wipes and a charging cable. The cable didn’t work with my phone, but that wasn’t an issue since the car also has a fast-charging USB port and two 12V outlets, so there were plenty of charging options for a family or a business trip. Overall, this was an excellent rental experience, and I would absolutely rent from her again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the entire rental process was smooth and hassle-free. I want to say that the owner of this vehicle is Awesome. He communicates very well very quickly replies to any questions I was very easy to find the location to pick up and drop off. And He was ready to help in any way if necessary. The car drove excellently. It was good on Gas. And very reliable. The only thing that was a bit of a disadvantage is that the car is not too roomy for luggage. We made it work for us tho. I would definitely rent from Him again. Thank You for the amazing communication and a reliable awesome wehicle. Santa Fe did her thang. Lol. I named her Santa Fe for obvious reasons. Great Car.

Although not a new car, the ELANTRA was a very serviceable vehicle, clean, ran well, and got good gas mileage. Pick up could not have gone more smoothly and been better. I extended my trip and needed the vehicle for another week. The extension went seamlessly. Will contact Danny the next time. I need a car in Ontario. Highly recommended.
