Communication was excellent, and any questions I had were answered quickly. The car drove perfectly and made the entire trip stress-free. I had a good experience renting the 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe. The car drove nicely and got me everywhere I needed to go without any issues. It was also GREAT on gas! I did quite a bit of driving back and forth from my hotel to my mom’s facility for four days, along with some shopping and going out to eat, and I only used about half a tank of gas, which was definitely a plus! The only issue I had was that there was an unusual smell inside the vehicle that I couldn’t quite pinpoint. I ended up purchasing some car air fresheners and disinfectant spray to help with it, and the host was very understanding and reimbursed me for what I purchased, which I really appreciated. Communication was great throughout my trip. Whenever I messaged him, he responded promptly, and both pickup and drop-off went smoothly. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely rent from him again when I need a vehicle for getting around locally. 😊

I had a great experience with this rental! The car was wonderful to drive—it rode very smooth, was comfortable, and was AMAZING on gas. I didn’t even have to fill the tank until it was time to return it! I enjoyed driving it so much that I was actually considering getting one of my own. 😊 The host was also great. I messaged him with a question during my trip and he responded right away, which I really appreciated. Overall, everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I would definitely rent from him again. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience renting from this host! I actually made a mistake on my return and dropped the car off at the wrong terminal. I was already running a few minutes behind and accidentally returned it around 2 instead of 4 because I was in a frenzy. She was incredibly understanding, came over to help, and even offered to drive me to the correct terminal. That level of kindness was so appreciated. The car itself was spotless and very well maintained. It came stocked with complimentary wipes and a charging cable. The cable didn’t work with my phone, but that wasn’t an issue since the car also has a fast-charging USB port and two 12V outlets, so there were plenty of charging options for a family or a business trip. Overall, this was an excellent rental experience, and I would absolutely rent from her again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
