Tesla rental in Raleigh, NC

This is my first experience with Turo which was extremely pleasant in all respects. Unlike the traditional car rental companies that allow to book Tesla model 3 or "SIMILAR", we actually get what is advertised. Moreover, no standing in line and spend 30+ mins doing the paper work and then line up through the exit restricted lanes to eventually get out of the rental car parking lot. And it appear that we communicate to the actual owner- Grandeur Luxury Rentals LLC, in this case was exceptional. Perfect instructions while checking in and out. Vehicle delivered as clean as humanly possible. Tesla 2024 Model Y that I received looked and drove like new. A wonderful experience indeed would love to recommend!

Gary was an excellent host! From the beginning, he was very welcoming and took the time to sit down with me and explain everything about the car, including all of the features and details. You can tell he genuinely wants you to have a great experience and feel comfortable with the vehicle. The car was great, the whole process was smooth, and I really enjoyed my experience. I would definitely rent from Gary again!

Host was great communicator and car was fantastic. Was picked up at the terminal door versus having to hunt for the car in visitor parking like most Turo rentals. Highly recommend and will rent again when I'm in town.

We really enjoyed the new Tesla Model Y. Very clean and in excellent condition. Almost like a brand new car. Loved not having to carry keys around and all the great technology with the Tesla. We had a little issue picking up the car, but it was a Turo issue (map not showing the right location in the parking lot) and no fault of Fergus. He made up for it by picking up the car curbside at departures, which saved us some time and hassle. Great experience and would rent again!

Her thoughtfulness made the entire process a breeze and put me at ease right away. The car she rented out is a Tesla, and it was an absolute dream to drive. I drive a Tesla myself, a 2024 model, and I have to say that the 2025 version I rented from Sara was equally amazing. It handled like a charm, with smooth acceleration and precise steering. Whether I was cruising on the highway or navigating through city streets, the Tesla provided a comfortable and enjoyable ride. This was an outstanding car - renting experience.
