The car itself was in great condition. Communication from the host was mostly good.
The mobile charger is included so that’s very convenient.
I’m deducting a star because, while you can tether to your phone’s hotspot, much of the functionality of a Tesla requires a Premium Connectivity subscription, which would only cost them $8.25/month of the course of a year, yet would drastically improve the experience.

The car was great. It was very clean and the pickup and drop off was smooth and easy. The host communicated all the details well in advance. I would definitely use them again the next time I’m in the Raleigh area.
