The car was great, nice and clean, we had no issues with it. The pick up and drop off was extremely easy especially for someone that has never rent a car. The host was amazing easy communication and very understanding, we would definitely rent from her again.

The car drove great and was very comfortable throughout my trip. It handled well, had excellent gas mileage, and the owner was very communicative and easy to work with. The only minor issue was that a dashboard message came on saying to “see your dealer,” and the low tire pressure light came on briefly. However, both lights turned off, and I didn’t experience any problems with the vehicle while driving. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely rent this vehicle again.

We had a great experience renting the white Toyota Sienna from Sam. The van was super spacious and surprisingly good on gas!! Perfect for our family trip! Sam was very friendly and accommodating, even on short notice. I’d definitely rent from him again. Thank you so much!

Summary: It’s reliable transportation at a fair price, it was late at night when I picked it up but even in the dark, I could tell it was rough and pretty beat up. Pros But I feel the car is mechanically sound and the air conditioner is ice cold. The hosts are nice and respond well. As long as the hosts are aware of the problems and don’t blame the renter I would continue to rent from them. Cons Renter beware - it IS a 13 year old car but I wasn’t expecting it to look as rough or to make as many odd noises as it did. There is a hole in the fiberglass up front, multiple dents all around, stains in the seats, and it makes an odd noise at times at low speeds almost like something rubbing under the car. The pictures on the ad look better than the actual car.
