Joel did an excellent job and was very understanding as we had trip changes on our part. Definitely would rent rent from him again.

Car was ok. The back of the mirror was broken and I wasn’t expecting that. It also had over 120 miles on the car, so it didn’t run as smoothly as I thought. Wouldn’t have chosen that car had I known these things upfront.

Sorry about your bad experience, I believe you dislike the experience because you where 4 hours late and Turo had to call you to arrange return ,
I apologize if that made you feel uncomfortable, we have to follow protocol all the times ,
Vehicle runs perfectly fine , is up to date and needs nothing at all , we are waiting for the mirror cover to arrive (it’s ok back order ) that doesn’t affect any of the vehicle components
