Terrible experience with this host. He has not idea how to treat customers never rent with this person. Super rude
Even after we sent the guest photos showing the AC blowing at 51° in 106° Las Vegas weather, he still chose to leave this review. We responded immediately to the concern, personally picked up the vehicle from his hotel, and had the system inspected at our repair shop. The AC was confirmed to be working properly. We always do our best to resolve any issue quickly and professionally for our guests.

Great vehicle and service to get you from point A to Point B.
Very easy transition with picking up and dropping off.
The vehicle itself was a little older and Back trunk door was somewhat broken- “Service needed” alert came on- Will definitely book again from this location but a different car for sure
